Training and continued education is one way employers can add value to the employee experience. Illinois Equity Staffing offers state approved dispensary agent training, in person and online. Since Illinois requires dispensary agents to have 8 hours of continued education, IES also offers courses in other relevant course material like: OSHA and Work Safety, Sales Training, Sexual Harassment, the Endocannibinoid System, Health, THC & CBD and much more.
